Farakka Govt. ITI The institution, which is situated in a farakka , focuses on developing an atmosphere that is beneficial to study and technological growth. The students are given specialised training in the departments of fitter, electrician, electronic mechanics, and COPA here. The Farakka Govt. ITI is committed to preparing the local workforce to satisfy the needs of expanding industry. Under the auspices of the WBSDM (West Bengal Skill Development Mission), which is headed by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of West Bengal, the West Bengal government is committed to extensive skill development for its young people. Situated in a vast landscape of about 3 acres of verdant land, our building is spacious and constructed as per DGT instructions. The workshops on each floor are well equipped and facilitated with the required industrial setups.

COPA
Computer Operator and Programming Assistant or COPA course is a career oriental course. ITI trade (COPA) is a job oriented trade
FITTER
This is also a two-year course, and it helps to provide proper knowledge and practical training to students about fitting mechanisms

Introduction of SMART technology “Metaverse” in our Workshop
Students can use their avatars and virtual reality equipment to build an online presence and participate in a collaborative, immersive digital environment with their classmates and instructors. They could access lab experiments even staying at home. For example, students want to use CNC (Computer numerical control) machine were using a computer-driven machine tool to produce a part out of solid material in a different shape. However, it is expensive or students may be staying remote place. Therefore this “Metaverse” technology will allow students to feel their persistence in the 3D spaces and work, meet, interact and socialize with teacher. This makes education more engaging and interactive. In case of healthcare “Metaverse” could empower doctors to practice their skills with the highest accuracy to ensure everyone receives the best healthcare service anytime.
